The second half of the year is packed with Salesforce events that are worth your time, whether you're in the weeds of GTM operations, leading a Salesforce team, or trying to stay ahead of what's coming next in AI, automation, and RevOps.
This is Part 2 of our 2025 Salesforce event guide. If you missed the big ones earlier in the year (like Connections or TrailblazerDX), don’t worry. There’s still plenty ahead. Dreamforce, regional World Tours, and community-led Dreamin’ events are all happening between July and December.
In this post, we're breaking down the most valuable events in H2 2025: what they are, who they're for, and how to get the most out of attending. No jargon, no copy-paste event blurbs. Just a straight-up guide to help you decide what's worth showing up for.
Salesforce Events in H2 2025
Introduction to Salesforce Events
Salesforce events are the heartbeat of the Salesforce world, bringing together professionals from every corner of the ecosystem to learn, connect, and grow. Whether you're attending major Salesforce events like Dreamforce, Connections, or TrailblazerDX, you'll find a wealth of opportunities to discover new tools, sharpen your skills, and hear directly from industry leaders. These events aren't just about sitting in sessions - they're about immersing yourself in the latest trends, networking with peers, and getting hands-on with the innovations shaping the future of Salesforce. By making these events part of your professional calendar, you'll stay ahead of the curve and ensure you're leveraging the full power of Salesforce for your own career and for your organization.
July
1. Midwest Dreamin'
📍Chicago | 🗓️ July 16–18, 2025
Considered one of the best-run community events in the Salesforce world. Chicago Dreamin' is packed with tactical sessions, live demos, and real-world solutions from admins, architects, and RevOps pros actually doing the work. No over-polished product pitches here, just practical content and tight networking.
Best for: Admins, consultants, architects, and operators
Pro Tip: Skip the fluffy sessions. Go straight to the ones labeled advanced or technical and talk to speakers after as most are consultants who've solved the problems you're facing (like the talk on CRM migration we did at Southeast Dreamin').
August
2. We Dreamin'
📍Richardson, TX | 🗓️ August 8th, 2025
We Dreamin' is a newer but fast-growing community-led Salesforce event bringing together experts, admins, developers, and business leaders across the ecosystem. It covers the full Salesforce stack, from Sales Cloud to Marketing, Service, and beyond; at a fraction of the cost of the big conferences.
You'll get high-quality sessions, hands-on learning, and access to some of the best speakers in the ecosystem. The focus here is accessibility, real-world value, and community over hype.
Best for: Admins, developers, architects, decision-makers, and anyone wanting practical Salesforce education without breaking the budget
Pro Tip: Come with questions. The speakers are experienced, approachable, and genuinely want to help.
2. WITness Success
📍Louisville, KY | 🗓️ August 19–20, 2025
This is the leading event for women in the Salesforce ecosystem. It's less about product and more about connection, leadership, and shared growth. But you'll still get smart sessions, career development content, and an incredibly supportive vibe.
Best for: Women working in Salesforce (all roles), allies, and managers focused on inclusion
Pro Tip: Don't just attend sessions and show up for the hallway chats and mentor circles. That's where the real career moves happen.
3. Forcelandia
📍Portland, OR | 🗓️ Aug 20-21, 2025
Built for Salesforce developers, Forcelandia goes deep into code, APIs, DevOps, and advanced admin tricks. You won't find general marketing fluff here, just hardcore technical content and a relaxed, community vibe.
Best for: Developers, technical admins, architects
Pro Tip: Come ready to share. This event thrives on peer-to-peer problem solving.
3. Mile High Dreamin’
📍Denver | 🗓️ Aug 27-28, 2025
A one-day event with surprisingly dense value. Hosted by and for Salesforce experts in the Mountain region, it delivers a good mix of advanced content, ecosystem updates, tactical demos, and app demonstrations, including opportunities to explore the latest Salesforce app innovations.
Best for: Salesforce pros who want focused learning in a short space of time.
Pro Tip: Register early. It's a smaller venue and sells out quickly every year.
October
4. Dreamforce 2025
📍San Francisco | 🗓️ October 14–16, 2025
Salesforce's flagship event. The roadmap reveals. The big AI updates. The celebrity keynotes. But behind all that, it's also a three-day sprint of GTM strategy, product deep dives, and big-network energy. If you're building or scaling with Salesforce, this is the one to plan your quarter around.
Best for: RevOps leaders, GTM execs, Salesforce admins, partners.
Pro Tip: Skip half the keynotes. Spend that time in smaller breakout sessions or meeting people who do what you do. And see if your AE can give you a discount on tickets ;)
November
5. Florida Dreamin'
📍Orlando | 🗓️ November 5–7, 2025
A smaller but growing community-led event with a strong mix of technical and strategic content. If you're based in the Southeast or want to avoid the chaos of Dreamforce, this is a solid option. Good mix of customer stories, admin hacks, and partner content.
Best for: Admins, consultants, and Salesforce teams outside major hubs
Pro Tip: Use this as a low-pressure place to test new ideas, meet ecosystem partners, or recruit for your team.
How to Choose Which Major Salesforce Events to Attend
Not every event is worth your time. Here's how to narrow it down.
Start with your role.
If you're in a hands-on admin or dev role, community events like Midwest Dreamin' or Forcelandia are where you’ll get the most relevant content. If you lead GTM strategy or run RevOps, Dreamforce or World Tour NYC will have the bigger-picture insights you need.
Factor in location and budget.
Regional events are cheaper, easier to attend, and often just as valuable, especially for team members who don't usually get travel budget. Save the big trip for Dreamforce or one anchor event a year, and stack local events around it.
The goal isn't to attend everything; it's to pick the right few that actually move the needle for your team or career.
